How the score works click to expand
Each teammate gets a single composite score from 0 to 100, weighted across four metrics. Hitting standard on a metric earns a clean 100 for that slot. Missing standard reduces it proportionally. No bonus credit for going above standard, no double-counting.

How a sub-score is calculated
Higher-is-better (AJS, NPS, Reviews): min(100, value ÷ standard × 100)
Lower-is-better (Complaints): min(100, standard ÷ value × 100)
Example. A BNO TM with AJS $580 (standard $725): 580 ÷ 725 × 100 = 80. That sub-score then weighs 50% in the composite.

Eligibility
Only teammates with at least 10 residential jobs in the period are scored. Smaller samples are too noisy to coach against.
